Application Procedure
The application process for the Chancellors International Scholarship is straightforward but requires close attention to detail. The steps are as follows:
- Review Guidance Notes: Read the Applicant Guidance Notes and PGR Ranking Criteria thoroughly.
- Submit Course Application: Submit your PhD course application along with the necessary documents.
- Receive Applicant ID: You will receive an automated email with a seven-digit applicant ID number. Allow at least 48 hours to receive this email.
- Register ITS Account: Register your ITS applicant account. Note that the Doctoral College is unable to assist with ID number issuance.
- Submit Scholarship Application: Ensure your scholarship application is submitted by the deadline. Late applications will not be accepted.
- Upload Supporting Documents: Submit all required supporting documents by the deadline. Late submissions are not permitted.
The results of the Chancellor’s International Scholarship will be communicated via email by March 2025.
